NSF certified pocket sized stem thermometer with 4.75" (121mm) stainless steel probe.

The R2000 Stainless Steel Digital Stem Thermometer features an easy-to-read LCD display, which updates automatically every 2 seconds.

The R2000 contact thermometer is capable of measuring -40 to 450°F (-40 to 230°C) and includes an easily accessible calibration screw for quick adjustments.
