Any person that services motor vehicle air
conditioning must be certified. Servicing motor vehicle air
conditioning includes repairs, leak testing, and topping off of air
conditioning systems low on refrigerant as well as any other repair
to the vehicle which requires dismantling any part of the air
conditioner.
All the information
necessary to get a passing score on the EPA Section 609
certification test is contained within this manual. Review the
material, complete the pre-paid Exam (50 multiple choice questions)
and mail it in for grading. (envelope provided)
